With 35+ years in the dental field, Barb’s long and varied career began as a dental assistant in private practice. This experience gives her an intimate understanding of the daily operations, pressures, and challenges within a dental office.
As a recognized guest lecturer, seminar speaker, clinical instructor, practice management consultant, or transition specialist, her diverse practice management experience gives her the ability to work with different types of practices, from solo-practitioner to multiple-doctor/multiple-location operations. This versatility enables her to provide tailored guidance for a variety of business structures.
Barb focuses on teaching dentists simple financial skills to achieve sustainable profits. She helps practices analyze their budgets, cut expenses, increase profit margins, and keep more money in the business without compromising patient care. She brings her expertise in improving the day-to-day running of a practice and overall efficiency to each practice she works with.
